Respond to a Child with an Elevated Blood Lead Level (EBLL)
This module provides guidance for program administrators, property owners, property managers, maintenance staff, contractors, and compliance staff, and includes notices that must be provided to numerous parties. Owners and program administrators are encouraged to make sure the right tools are provided to each of these participants and that they keep proper records.
The regulations for tenant-based (Subpart M) and project-based assistance (Subpart H) activities require property owners and program administrators to take special steps when an occupant child under 6 years old in an assisted unit has a verified EBLL. This module provides information, tools, and links to address this situation.
