The HTF Vacant Units Reports are created and posted monthly by state in an Excel spreadsheet format.
States can use this report to identify units in HTF projects that are marked "vacant" in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS).
Stakeholders can use this report as a desk monitoring tool to view each state's progress toward 100 percent occupancy. Since the HTF Program cannot count occupancy or beneficiary data that have not been entered into the system, it is important that all HTF states enter timely occupancy and beneficiary information for all completed HTF activities.
