The HTF Vacant Units Reports are created and posted monthly by state in an Excel spreadsheet format.
States can use this report to identify units in HTF projects that are marked "vacant" in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS).
If the vacant units are part of a completed HTF IDIS activity, occupancy and beneficiary data must be entered for these units within 120 days of the final drawdown for the activity in IDIS.
Field Offices can use this report as a desk monitoring tool to view each state's progress toward 100% occupancy. Since the HTF Program cannot count occupancy or beneficiary data that have not been entered into the system, it is important that all HTF states enter timely occupancy and beneficiary information for all completed HTF activities.
Please contact your local CPD Field Office regarding any questions about these reports.
