This page is dedicated to the Office of Housing Counseling (OHC) organizations that operate a network of housing counseling agencies where specific contacts are provided, training, and other specific resources are provided.
View general housing counseling program resources for all types of entities.
OHC approves intermediaries that provide housing counseling services through a network of affiliates or branches. SHFAs are also eligible to participate in the program, and they can provide services directly or through a network of affiliates within the SHFA's state.
National, Regional, Multi-State Organization Intermediaries, and SHFAs provide their networks with critical supportive services, including training, pass-through funding and technical assistance. They also play an important role in monitoring their networks to ensure services meet program standards and effectively meet the needs of their clients.
