These monthly reports assist Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) and other stakeholders in monitoring compliance with the 5-year expenditure requirements of the HOME regulations.
Please be advised that the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2019 includes a provision suspending the 24-month commitment requirement for Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) set-aside funds, as well as continuing the suspension of the 24-month commitment requirement for regular HOME funds. Both deadline requirements are suspended through December 31, 2023, and will be removed from the HOME Deadline Compliance Status Reports beginning with versions posted as of February 28, 2019.

The reports start with the 1999 Commitment & CHDO Reservation, and 1996 Disbursement Requirements reports. In June 2007, a new version of this report was posted based on the guidance provided in HUD Notice CPD 07-06.
