FY 2020 CoC-Con Plan Jurisdiction and ESG Recipient Crosswalk
This report identifies the Con Plan jurisdictions associated with each CoC, including those that received direct ESG Program funding (ESG recipients) that were required to consult with one another during FY 2019 based on their geographic relationships. This report is a FY 2019 snapshot of how CoC-claimed PPRN geographies, Con Plan jurisdictions, and ESG recipients overlap within each CoC in FY 2020.

Indirect Cost Toolkit for CoC and ESG Programs
This toolkit has been developed to assist recipients and subrecipients under the CoC and ESG programs to better understand indirect costs—such as facility or administrative costs—and how they can be calculated and charged under these programs. Homelessness Programs Toolkit for State ESG Recipients
This toolkit provides state agencies responsible for implementing HUD-funded homeless programs with tools to help ensure effective and compliant program administration. The toolkit documents are primarily designed to provide information to State ESG recipients concerning the operation of the CoC program as well as requirements for coordinating with CoCs, participating in the HMIS, and assuming an active role in ensuring that homeless program resources are used efficiently and effectively to address community needs throughout their state.
