Notices

There are three Registration Notices that will be in effect until amended, superseded, or rescinded; however, in e-snaps, there is still only one CoC Registration for all Collaborative Applicants, including those applying for designation as a Unified Funding Agency or a High Performing Community.

  • CoC Program Competition Report Instructions for Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX)
    Includes instructions to download the necessary report from the HUD HDX for the CoC Application.
  • FY 2023 CoC Names and Numbers
    Provides the CoC names and numbers applicable to the FY 2023 CoC Program Competition.
  • FY 2023 Geographic Codes Report
    Contains the updated list of all geographic areas along with their six-digit geographic code. Lists American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) Tribal Areas with their ten-digit AIAN code. Provides the Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN) amounts applicable to the FY 2023 CoC Program Competition.
  • FY 2023 CoC Program Competition Estimated Annual Renewal Demand (ARD) Amount Report (Not yet available)
    Includes the following amounts for each CoC: PPRN, estimated ARD, Tier 1 based on estimated ARD at 95 percent, CoC Bonus, DV Bonus, CoC Planning, and UFA Costs.
  • FY 2023 CoC Program Competition Estimated ARD Amount Report – UFA (Not yet available)
