Starting with the FY 2018 CoC Program Registration, there are three Registration Notices that will be in effect until amended, superseded, or rescinded; however, in e-snaps, there is still only one CoC Registration for all Collaborative Applicants, including those applying for designation as a Unified Funding Agency or a High Performing Community.

Provides the CoC names and numbers applicable to the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition.
FY 2018 Geographic Codes
Provides the updated list of all geographic areas that are in effect for the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition along with the corresponding six-digit geographic codes (geo codes).
FY 2018 Geo Codes and Preliminary Pro Rata Need Amounts
Provides the Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN) amounts applicable to the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition. The PPRN amounts are based on the geographic codes located within each CoC’s jurisdiction with the corresponding need amounts.
