Instructional guides and resources are provided to assist CoC Collaborative Applicants and individual project applicants with completing the annual electronic applications for homeless assistance funding in e-snaps. Provides instructions for accessing the 2017 CoC Program Competition Report in HDX which is needed to respond to FY 2017 CoC Application questions.
FY 2017 CoC-PHA Crosswalk Report
Provides CoCs with information for question 1C-4 of the FY 2017 CoC Application, which asks about Public Housing Agencies’ (PHAs) progress on serving homeless households for the five largest PHAs that are located within a CoC’s geography.
FY 2017 Geo Codes and Preliminary Pro Rata Need Amounts
Provides the Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN) amounts applicable to the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition. The PPRN amounts are based on the geographic codes located within each CoC’s jurisdiction with the corresponding need amounts.
FY 2017 CoC Program Competition Estimated ARD Report
Provides the Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN), Estimated ARD, Estimated ARD at 94 percent (Tier 1), CoC Planning, and Permanent Housing Bonus amounts for each CoC listed.
Updated: Project Rating and Ranking Tool
Assists CoCs in evaluating projects and setting ranking priorities by using objective, performance-based scoring. This tool was recently updated on July 26, 2017 to reflect small changes made to the bonus project treatment.
Project Ranking Worksheet
Enables Collaborative Applicants to enter project information in one Excel worksheet and sort them by different factors prior to ranking projects in the Priority Listing.
FY 2017 Continuums of Care Names and Numbers
Provides the CoC names and numbers applicable to the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition.
FY 2017 Geographic Codes
Provides the updated list of all geographic areas that are in effect for the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition along with their six-digit geographic code (geo code).
FY 2017 Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) Reports
Provides the FY 2017 GIW reports and instructions for review and verification. The GIW reports are available to CoCs, designated Collaborative Applicants, and project recipients. Collaborative Applicants have the opportunity to submit change requests as part of the reconciliation process.
