e-snaps : CoC Program Applications and Grants Management System

New

The FY 2018 CoC Program Competition is now open with a submission deadline of 8:00 PM EDT on September 18, 2018.

This e-snaps page has been redesigned as follows:

  • Contains CoC Program Competition resources.
  • Include links to the GIW reports and the awards and allocations page.
  • Clarifies how to submit a question to Ask A Question.

The electronic grants management system used by HUD’s Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) is known as e-snaps.

  • CoC Program Funding Applications and Grant Awards: e-snaps supports the application and grant award process for the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program. The resources below include e-snaps navigation guides and instructions on completing registration (CoCs only) and funding applications (CoCs and project applicants).

View the FY 2018 Funding Availability page for official HUD releases specific to the current CoC Program Competition cycle.

  • Annual Performance Reports (APR): In April 2017, HUD began requiring CoC homeless assistance grant recipients to submit their APR data through a new online system – the Sage HMIS Reporting Repository. Grantees will no longer submit APRs in e-snaps. This change in systems applies to all CoC homeless assistance grants regardless of when they were initially funded. View APR Guidance.

CoC Program Competition Resources

The CoC Program awards funding annually based on a competitive process.
