e-snaps : CoC Program Applications and Grants Management System

The FY 2019 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition opened Wednesday, July 3, 2019 and will close Monday, September 30, 2019 at 8:00 PM EDT.

View the FY 2019 Funding Availability page for official HUD releases specific to the current CoC Program Competition cycle.

The electronic grants management system used by HUD’s Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) is known as e-snaps. This system supports the CoC Program funding applications and grant awards process for the HUD CoC Program.

The resources under the tabs below include e-snaps navigation guides and instructions on completing registration (CoCs only) and funding applications (CoCs and project applicants).

Note: Grantees no longer submit Annual Performance Reports (APRs) in e-snaps. CoC homeless assistance grant recipients submit APR data through the Sage HMIS Reporting Repository. View APR Guidance.
