The table below provides definitions for each of the fields used in the ACS Disability Data.

LOGRECNO

Logical record number and used as link to other Census data products

STUSAB

The state abbreviation.

NAME

The name of the tract, place, county subdivision, county, and state

STATE

The numeric Federal Information Process Standards (FIPS) state code.

COUNTY

The numeric Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) county code.

COUSUB

The numeric Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) county subdivision code.

PLACE

The numeric Federal Information Process Standards (FIPS) place code.

TRACT

The numeric code for the census tract. In other publications or reports, the code sometimes appears as a 2 digit decimal XXXX.XX.

SUMLEV

The Census Data Summary Level

CDBGUOGID

The CDBG Unit of Government Identification Code. This is a HUD assigned identifier to each grantee. The first two characters of the CDBGUOGID is the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) numeric state code; the last 4 characters of the CDBGUOGID is the HUD Place Code.

CDBGNAME

The name of the CDBG formula program jurisdiction that covers this area

CDBGTYPE

Metropolitan Cities are "51" (principal city) and "52" (non-principal city). Urban Counties are "61". State non-entitlement are "21"

DISABLED

Total number of disabled persons: Over 18 years of age
