CDBG Performance Profiles

The Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) has developed profiles supplementing the Accomplishment and Expenditure profiles that significantly increase the amount of information available about CDBG grantees’ performance. The performance profiles provide information on each grantee’s CDBG allocation, expenditures, accomplishments achieved during the performance year, and a summary of the beneficiaries for the performance year.

These profiles significantly increase the amount of information that is available about the performance of CDBG grantees. It is important that our grantees, all our stakeholders, and citizens be able to access detailed information about the performance of each local CDBG program. This access helps ensure accountability and assists in assessing the progress of each grantee's program. These profiles also assist grantees in measuring their contributions toward meeting the housing and community developments needs of low- and moderate-income persons in their communities and in analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of their program.

Note: Each grantee’s performance report is based on its program year, not federal fiscal year. By 12/31/2021, all grantees’ reporting periods for program year 2020 have ended. Therefore, 2020 is the most complete program year for all grantees, and program year 2020 performance reports are the most current reports for all grantees.
