The Office of Block Grant Assistance (OBGA) sponsored a webinar series for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) grantees on best practices in CDBG program administration. HUD identified a diverse group of communities across the country that have implemented exceptional models that other grantees may be able to replicate. These best practices educate grantees on replicable best practices that they may implement in their programs.
This report shares best practices and creative strategies to provide technical expertise to grantees seeking program improvements, and to new grantee and subrecipient staff unfamiliar with the CDBG program.
