Introduction to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)

This webinar will provide attendees with the overall philosophy, history and purpose of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), which is the basis for HUD’s Part 58 regulations. This course will also include a basic overview of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations, including levels of review and NEPA case law and their influence on HUD’s NEPA process.
