As we continue to deal with the impacts of the pandemic on our communities, we recognize the essential services that Continuum of Care (CoCs) and service providers have provided for nearly three years to protect and support people experiencing homelessness. The Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and Point-in-Time (PIT) count provide important context for the services you have provided to protect people experiencing homelessness.

In anticipation of the 2023 HIC and PIT count, PIT Count Office Hours were held to discuss anticipated changes to the count requirements. The Office Hours also focused on lessons learned from counting while addressing COVID-19 concerns. The recording and materials have been posted for the December 7, 2022 and January 11, 2023 office hours.
