Rural Gateway Peer-to-Peer Web Conference Call: An Overview of the Veterans Housing Rehabilitation and Modification Pilot Program Notice of Funding Opportunity - August 17, 2022 - 2:00 PM EDT
The Office of Rural Housing and Economic Development (ORHED) is hosting the next Peer-to-Peer conference call on August 17, 2022. This call will offer participants the opportunity to learn about the Veterans Housing Rehabilitation and Modification Pilot Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
In partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), HUD is awarding $10.4 million to eligible organizations to modify and rehabilitate the primary residence of veterans who are low-income and living with disabilities. HUD expects to make approximately 10 awards from the funds available under this NOFO with minimum awards of $700,000 and maximum awards of $1 million.
