Technical Assistance (TA) is available to help Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) grantees identify and address programmatic issues. Grantees that have completed their programs may request assistance in closing out NSP grants.

Request Intensive NSP Program Assistance

Email nsp-questions@hud.gov: Grantees, HUD CPD Representatives, and TA Providers can submit a request to receive up to 30 hours of on-call technical assistance to assist in closeout.
