Technical Assistance (TA) is available to help Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) grantees identify and address programmatic issues. Grantees that have completed their programs may request assistance in closing out NSP grants.
The following options are available through the HUD Exchange depending on the need and status of the grant.

Email email@example.com: Grantees, HUD CPD Representatives, and TA Providers can submit a request to receive up to 30 hours of on-call technical assistance to assist in closeout.
