Release of eCart (Version 5) for FY 2016 CAPERs
An updated version of the ESG-CAPER Annual Reporting Tool (eCart), eCart (Version 5) is now posted on the HUD Exchange along with the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Reporting and eCart Guide, which is located on the first tab of eCart. Updates include changes to the 2014 HMIS Data Standards Version 5, and the addition of project Type 11 – Day Shelter and validation for project types.
eCart (Version 5) must be used for all FY 2016 CAPER submissions. Prior versions of eCart, used for FY 2015 CAPER submissions, must not be used for the FY 2016 CAPER.
