New HOME-ARP IDIS Fact Sheet and FAQ Now Available

New Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) resources are available to support HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) program implementation.

The IDIS for Nonprofit Operating & Nonprofit Capacity Building Activities Fact Sheet provides guidance on how participating jurisdictions (PJs) should set up, fund, and complete HOME-ARP nonprofit operating and nonprofit capacity building activities in IDIS.

This fact sheet is the latest in a series of HOME-ARP Implementation Notice Fact Sheets issued by HUD to support program implementation. Each fact sheet addresses a topic related to the HOME-ARP Implementation Notice CPD-21-10: Requirements for the Use of Funds in the HOME-ARP Program.


This newly added Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) addresses questions that PJs may have about which Program Year's Annual Action Plan (AAP) Projects they should select when setting up HOME-ARP activities in IDIS.

If you have an IDIS question that is not answered by the existing FAQs, please submit your question through the HUD Exchange Ask a Question (AAQ) portal. On Step 2 of the question submission process, select "IDIS: Integrated Disbursement and Information System" in the "My question is related to" drop down list and then select the related program to which your question belongs.
