HIC and PIT Data Collection Cleaning Begins on July 18, 2022

July 05, 2022 Print ShareThis

The Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and Point-in-Time (PIT) data cleaning outreach process will begin the week of July 18, 2022. Data liaisons from Abt Associates will begin reaching out to Continuums of Care (CoCs) on behalf of HUD to resolve any data quality issues that may exist. CoCs should expect to hear from their data liaison through the Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) regional mailboxes by the end of that week.

Questions?

If organizations, including Tribes or Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs), have questions about the HIC or PIT count, please submit them to HICPITCount@hud.gov.

For technical questions about submitting your HIC or PIT count data in the Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX) or how to resolve a technical issue raised in the data cleaning process, please submit a question via the Ask A Question (AAQ) portal on the HUD Exchange. To submit a question, select HDX (AHAR, HIC, LSA, PDX, PIT, Stella, Sys PM) under Reporting Systems.
