Materials Posted: Environmental Assessment Factors eGuide Webinar - April 28, 2022

This Environmental Assessment (EA) Factors eGuide webinar guided responsible entities (REs), recipients, applicants, and partners on how to effectively use the EA Factors eGuide. The eGuide is a recently updated online resource that provides guidelines for completing an environmental assessment. It covers a wide range of environmental and social considerations that may affect a proposed project. As such, it is a useful resource but can be overwhelming when considered in its entirety. This webinar provided an overview on the aspects of the EA Factors eGuide and helped participants use this resource more effectively.

Training Objectives

Participants were able to:

• Navigate through the eGuide
• Review the different EA Factors
• Describe the analysis steps for each of the impact categories: Land Development, Socioeconomic, Community Facilities and Services, Natural Features, and Climate and Energy
