Updated DRGR User Manual and DRGR Validations Fact Sheet Now Available
The latest version of the Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) User Manual is posted to the HUD Exchange and is also accessible through the "My Resources" section of the DRGR homepage after logging into DRGR. This version of the DRGR User Manual is inclusive of all HUD programs managed in DRGR and is divided into digestible sections designed to assist users in completing tasks with clear direction. The updated chapters provide:
- General information on available DRGR functions
- Step-by-step instructions with screenshots on how to complete actions in the DRGR System
- Tips to highlight important information
In addition to chapter updates, the following two new DRGR validations documents have been added to the HUD Exchange:
Following DRGR Release 8.6, grantee and technical assistance (TA) Provider users are now able to validate data entered into applicable fields of the Public Action Plan, Action Plan, Performance Report and Work Plan (applicable for TA Provider users) prior to submission for review. The DRGR Validations Fact Sheet describes the validation process and the DRGR Validations Guidance Document lists active and planned validations to be added to the system.
