On May 16, 2015, DRGR Release 7.11 was deployed. The sole purpose of this release was to migrate the DRGR application to a new server; however, as a result of this migration, a previous defect allowing the Action Plan to be edited while the QPR was submitted to HUD was unintentionally fixed.
The LMISD based on the 2000 Census in DRGR will be replaced with the 2014 ACS Data. HUD issued guidance for this transition: CPD Notice 15-05: Transition Policy for Low-Moderate Income Summary Data Updates During Fiscal Year 2015 for CDBG-DR Grantees and NSP Grantees. In addition, HUD has released DRGR Fact Sheet: Transition to 2014 ACS Data.
HUD published a Notice that provides a waiver and alternative requirement for the State of New Jersey’s tenant-based rental assistance program funded through its CDBG-DR grant pursuant to the Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, 2013. In addition, HUD published updated DRGR FAQs.
