HUD issues a new document to assist ESG Program recipients and subrecipients in understanding the Consolidated Plan requirements related to ESG, entitled ESG and Consolidated Plan Conforming Amendments: An Overview of Changes.
HUD regulations require that each grantee in receipt of a CDBG-DR allocation must include disaster-related needs and strategies into its next required consolidated plan. In order to assist grantees in meeting this requirement, HUD is providing step-by-step instructions.
