The Housing Trust Fund (HTF) provides grants to states to produce and preserve affordable housing for extremely low- and very low-income households.

This three-part webinar series provided participants with a detailed review of the regulatory requirements for the use of HTF program funds including eligible activities, long-term affordability requirements, eligible costs, the required policies and procedures, and the administrative requirements.
