Materials Posted: 2020 ConnectHomeUSA Digital Inclusion Week Training Series

Digital inclusion is more relevant than ever, and for those of us that are not new to this work we know that peer learning and information sharing is key to bridging the digital divide.
In October 2020, HUD held a 5-day digital training series to assist ConnectHomeUSA communities in their digital inclusion and digital literacy efforts.
Training Objectives
Participants gained a better understanding of:
- How to engage residents in a digital environment
- Ways to utilize CARES Act Funding
- How to implement creative ideas at their organization
Who Should Attend?
This series was intended for Public Housing Authority (PHA) staff and community members responsible for ConnectHomeUSA program implementation. Community members from non-ConnectHomeUSA communities interested in bridging the digital divide for PHA or other HUD-assisted housing programs were welcome to attend.
