
Structures receiving CoC funding to provide housing, supportive services or as a facility for HMIS purposes can simultaneously be used for other purposes. However, the CoC funding investment must be pro-rated based on the amount of square footage used by CoC eligible program participants if the CoC project is used for other non CoC-funded programs. For example, CoC Acquisition, Rehabilitation, or New Construction costs can only cover the portion of that structure being used to provide the CoC Program-eligible activities.
