Can NSP1, NSP2, and/or NSP3 funding be combined and used on the same project?

Funding from different NSP allocations can be combined on the same project provided all of the following are met:

  • The target areas overlap;
  • The activity is eligible based on the approved NSP1, NSP2 and/or NSP3 Action Plans; and
  • There is a clear delineation of specific expenses being paid by multiple NSP allocations with no overlap. It is advised that this delineation be well documented in the project files in case of audit or monitoring of the grantee.
