A

Program participation length is calculated based on the duration of a client's current or most recently completed program enrollment. Count your client's length of participation from the beginning of his/her stay, even if that stay began during the previous operating year. If the client exits and re-enters your program, then count his/her length based on the length of the most recent program stay during the operating year for your APR. For example, if the client had already been enrolled in a program at the beginning of the operating year and participated for one more month, exited, and re-entered for the last four months of the operating year, then you should report her participation as four months.
