e-snaps FAQ
Q

I have a PSH 20-year use (capital) grant. Since I do not reapply for those funds and do not have an Exhibit 2 project application each year, how do I answer the performance measurement questions?

A

Grants awarded with a 20-year use requirement are still required to answer Q36, and must report on Measure 1 (Housing Stability), as well as either Measure 2a (Total Income) or 2b (Earned Income). You should have the data on outcomes available from your HMIS. Complete Q36 with the actual accomplishments and enter zeroes in the “expected performance” section. Then go on to complete the narrative section at the bottom of the screen.
