What kinds of closing costs are eligible in NSP?

All reasonable and customary closing costs associated with the acquisition and disposition of an NSP-assisted property are allowable. Examples of typical closing costs include, but are not limited to title insurance, settlement fees, recording fees, real estate taxes due at settlement, state documentary stamp and intangible taxes, wire and courier charges, appraisal costs and land surveys.
