How should a grantee ensure principal residency?

The written agreement between the grantee and the homebuyer must specify that the buyer will use the property as a principal residence throughout the affordability period. Refer to the Homeownership Toolkit on the OneCPD Resource Exchange for additional guidance on how to incorporate this into a written agreement.
