Why are some NSP performance measures not available when attempting to report on them in the QPR?

If no value, even "0," was entered as a projection for the measure in the Action Plan, that metric will not be available to report on in the QPR. Also, the performance measures are determined by the Activity Type selected in the Action Plan. If the grantee does not see a measurement they are expected to report on, it may be because they selected the wrong Activity Type.
