How should Activities be set up in DRGR?

An Activity should be at the level of detail to meet a national objective. At a minimum, activities should be listed separately in DRGR based on the following factors: 

  • Responsible Organization: The entity most directly responsible for the administration of the program should be listed as the responsible organization (e.g. subrecipient, developer). It is not necessary to go down to the contractor level, e.g. an auditing firm).
  • Activity Type: Examples include rehabilitation/reconstruction of residential structures, administration, and construction of new housing.
  • National Objective: For NSP this includes LMMI, LH25, or N/A (for Admin and Planning).
  • Multi-Family Housing Complex, if applicable.

Single family addresses may be aggregated into one activity if they share the same national objective and responsible organization.
