Are non-profit developers required to have an audit of their NSP funding?

Yes, non-profit developers and subrecipients who expend more than $500,000 of all federal funds in a given year are subject to the audit requirements contained OMB Circular A-133. See the June 2010 Accounting, Recordkeeping and Monitoring Webinar.
