A

If an NSP grantee needs to amend its approved NSP action plan substantial amendment, the grantee must adhere to the same public comment process involved in the original amendment / application that includes posting its proposed amendment on its website and appropriate newspaper publications and making the amendment available for public comment for 15 days for NSP1 and NSP3 and 10 days for NSP2. The grantee should post the comments received during the public comment period on its website and include the comments with the amendment it submits to HUD.

For more information on amendments see the NSP Policy Alert Guidance on Amendment Procedures.
