If an APR has been created for your organization but you cannot see it, this is because your username is not linked to your organization’s “applicant,” which is akin to the organization's username. Your organization’s authorized representative should follow the instructions in the e-snaps APR Help: Instructions for Adding/Deleting Users document to link your username. If the authorized representative is no longer available, you must follow the e-snaps APR Help: Authorized Representative Changes document.
