I’ve logged on to e-snaps, but why can’t I find my APR?

You will not automatically see an APR in e-snaps, unless you have completed the following steps:

  1. Ensure that you are your organization's authorized representative.
  2. Follow the steps to set up an APR, as laid out in each APR Guidebook. Please note that for each APR, the process to set up the report is unique, so you must review the Guidebook that applies to the type of APR you are completing (HPRP, CoC, and SHP-HMIS). 

If you have never used e-snaps before, then please begin by reading the e-snaps APR Help: For Organizations Using e-snaps for the First Time document if applicable and then the appropriate APR Guidebook. Both can be found on the APR Guides, Tools, and Webinars page on the OneCPD Resource Exchange.
