A

Unfortunately, projects cannot be deleted once in e-snaps. If you have created an APR (i.e. you see a CoC APR in your Submissions List) that you no longer want, then you must replace the grant number with all 0s, rename something like “DO NOT SUBMIT,” and save. You can do this if your APR has not been submitted (there is no date in the Date Submitted column).

If your APR has been submitted, you must request that this APR be amended back to you so you can replace the grant number with all 0s (if possible), rename something like “DO NOT SUBMIT,” and save. You should follow the protocol for requesting an amendment. Always make sure that you are filtering for ‘latest version’ in your Submissions List, because your amended APR will come back to you as a version 2.
