There have been instances lately of HEROS access requests for Partner and RE users not being processed correctly. Please use the Microsoft Edge Browser when completing the HEROS access form. In addition, please make sure you are logged out of your Google Account on your browser before completing the form. If you are logged in to a Google Account, please log out, close out of your browser completely and reopen your browser but don’t sign into your Google account until after you complete the HEROS access form in Edge.
If you do not hear back about your request within 3 weeks, please submit an AAQ to confirm that your request was processed. A HUD staff member will get back to you shortly.
