How do I log into User Acceptance Testing (UAT)? I can log into IDIS, but I can't log into the UAT.

In order to log in to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, the user's profile has to be added in the UAT system, and the user has to have an active password for this account. If you are unsure if your user ID is active, call HUD's Information Technology Services (HITS) National Help Desk at 1-888-297-8689 and select Option 3. Inform the Help Desk that you need a new password for IDIS UAT and not IDIS production, as each user must have a distinct password for UAT.
