A

The replacement reserve question is only applicable to projects that have an "Operating" budget line item. Projects that do not have an "Operating" BLI will not have this question available to answer.

The replacement reserve question will appear differently in the Renewal and New applications.

Renewal

First Time Renewals – Projects that are renewing for the first time will be required to input all their data in the renewal form, as applicants cannot bring forward data from their previous application. If the project has an "Operating" BLI, the applicant will need to select it on screen 6A Funding Request, and input budget data on the "Operating" BLI in the summary budget and click save. Once this is completed, the new "Replacement Reserve" question will appear on screen 3A that is required to be answered.

Regular Renewals – Renewal projects that are not first time renewals, but have an "Operating" BLI will see the "Replacement Reserve" question on 3A as the "Operating" BLI has already been recorded in the application since it was brought forward from last year's application.

New

New Projects that have an "Operating" BLI, the applicant will need to select it on screen 6A Funding Request, and input budget data in the Operating Detail budget screen and click save. Once this is completed, the new "Replacement Reserve" question will appear on screen 3A that is required to be answered.
