A project applicant considering the consolidation process through a consolidation project application can consult with their local HUD field office representative to determine if there are any issues with one or more of the individual projects that are being considered for the CoC Program Competition consolidation process. However, most project applicants are aware of possible issues due to a monitoring visit by the field office personnel and/or audit findings as the project applicant will have a copy of the letter issued from HUD.
