Do we submit our application via grants.gov or e-snaps?

There are two phases to the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) application process.

During the first phase, any Collaborative Applicant designated by a CoC during the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition Registration process is eligible to apply to be selected as one of the 11 YHDP communities. The CoC must submit their applications electronically via the Grants.gov website, by 11:59:59 Eastern Time on April 17, 2017. Refer to the YHDP NOFA for guidance on what must be included in this application. Section IV.A of the YHDP NOFA outlines how to obtain an application package.

In the second phase of the application, the 11 selected communities will identify and submit detailed project information with the project applications via e-snaps for funding consideration after community selection. During this phase is when you would be required to provide applicant and subrecipient eligibility, as detailed on Page 19 of Appendix A of the NOFA.

Therefore, at this time the YHDP application is not available in e-snaps as we are in the first phase of the 2017 application process which goes through grants.gov.
