Q

How often should we report accomplishment data for an activity?

A

HUD encourages grantees to enter accomplishment data as soon as it is available or at least on a quarterly basis. Annual reporting is required, but the value of more frequent reporting of accomplishments cannot be overemphasized. The only exception to quarterly/annual reporting is public facilities, which should not be reported until the facility is complete. This is to avoid double counting.
