A

HUD’s Fiscal Years 2016 and 2017 Comprehensive Housing Counseling Grant Program NOFA allowed for training expenses on housing counseling topics as eligible expenses. In future NOFAs, HUD would like to allow for training costs associated with certification to be considered an eligible Housing Counseling Comprehensive Grant program expense, subject to statutory authorization and appropriations.
