In order to add or edit information for a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), or any Subordinate Organization in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS), the user must have the rights to "Add Subordinate" and/or "Edit Subordinate." Please review the PR30 Security Administrator User Profile List report to determine if you have the "Add Subordinate" and/or "Edit Subordinate" user privileges. If you do not currently have these privileges, please work with your local grantee administrator to add these privileges to your User ID in order to add or edit a Subordinate organization to be CHDO eligible.
