A

Obtaining Local Administrative Rights requires an Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) Access Request Form. On the form, select "Change Function or Program Area" on the top of the form. In the middle of the form, select "Local IDIS Administrator" under the "Authorized Functions." Submit the completed form to your local Field Office. The IDIS Online Access Request Form (HUD Form 27055) can be found on the HUD Exchange.
