I am a grantee user and I have not logged into IDIS in a while. I received an error message when I tried to log into IDIS that states “Your user id is not active in any application.” How do I reactivate my user ID?

Grantee users who wish to renew a lapsed ID must re-submit an Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) Access Request Form to their Community Planning and Development (CPD) Representative. HUD’s Information and Technology Services (HITS) National Helpdesk cannot renew your lapsed ID by resetting your password.

The IDIS Online Access Request Form (HUD Form 27055) that is to be submitted to your CPD Representative can be found on the HUD Exchange.

You will need to select "Renew Lapsed ID" in the Grantee & Requestor Information section of the form.
