A

Yes, HUD and its technical assistance providers are finalizing a schedule for “DRGR Office Hours” to allow grantees to receive customized support from the best the Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting System (DRGR) experts available. Each grantee will be able to register for up to three one-hour sessions working with shared screens one-on-one. Issues requiring more time than that will be referred for on-call TA. This service will be available for any closeout-related issues in DRGR, not just the transfer of program income. Grantees will have to request this assistance through their assigned TA provider or field office contact. This service is not available as of mid-July, 2016, but will be up and running in the near future. HUD will publish a listserv notice when the Office Hours can be scheduled.
