A

Continuum of Care (CoC) Review is a step in the CoC Program Registration process after HUD completes its initial review and determination that must be completed and approved before the CoC Program Competition opens if a Collaborative Applicant submitted its registration in e-snaps. If a Collaborative Applicant submits its registration in e-snaps and does not review and submit the CoC Review, it will not have access to the CoC Consolidated Application – CoC Application and CoC Priority Listing that lists all project applications in rank order – and therefore, will not be eligible to apply for funding.

During this step, the Collaborative Applicant must review and agree with or dispute HUD's determinations regarding the CoC type (Collaborative Applicant or Unified Funding Agency (UFA)), geographic area(s), and, if requested, High Performing Community (HPC) designation.

HUD will notify Collaborative Applicants when they should log into e-snaps to review HUD's determinations provided in the CoC Registration Review by posting on the FY 2018 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition: Funding Availability page and issuing a listserv message to its mailing list.
